1. Services
Lankford Forestry Mulching provides land clearing, forestry mulching, brush removal, vegetation management, and related property improvement services. All services are subject to availability, site conditions, weather, and scheduling.
2. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of inspection or inquiry.
Final pricing may change if:
Actual site conditions differ from those originally presented.
Additional work is requested.
Hidden obstacles or unforeseen conditions are discovered.
Changes are made to the project scope.
Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3. Scheduling
Project dates are estimates only and may change due to:
Weather conditions
Equipment availability
Emergency work
Safety concerns
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of scheduling changes.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Before work begins, the property owner agrees to:
Provide legal access to the property.
Clearly identify property boundaries.
Obtain any required permits or approvals unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Mark underground utilities, septic systems, wells, irrigation systems, invisible fencing, and other hidden improvements not identified through utility locating services.
Remove or identify personal property that should not be disturbed.
The customer is responsible for ensuring they have authority to authorize work on the property.
5. Underground Utilities
While reasonable care is taken during every project, the customer is responsible for ensuring all underground utilities have been properly identified before work begins.
Lankford Forestry Mulching is not responsible for damage to underground utilities, private utility lines, irrigation systems, septic components, or other concealed structures that were not properly disclosed or marked.
6. Property Conditions
Forestry mulching and land clearing involve heavy equipment operating on natural terrain.
The customer understands that work may result in:
Tire or track marks
Soil disturbance
Surface rutting during wet conditions
Minor changes to terrain
Remaining mulch or organic debris as part of the forestry mulching process
These conditions are considered normal aspects of the services provided.
7. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in the project estimate or invoice.
Unless otherwise agreed:
Payment is due upon project completion.
Late payments may be subject to interest or collection costs permitted by law.
We reserve the right to suspend future work until outstanding balances are paid.
8. Cancellations
Customers should notify us as soon as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule.
If equipment has already been mobilized or work has begun, cancellation fees may apply.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lankford Forestry Mulching shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:
Use of this website
Delay in service
Weather-related issues
Natural site conditions
Customer-provided information
Events beyond our reasonable control
Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
10. Website Use
You agree not to:
Use this website for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to interfere with website operation.
Submit false or misleading information.
Copy or reproduce website content without written permission.
11. Intellectual Property
